Welcome to Term Four, 2011. Do you think that we have grown since our Term 1 photo?
The Rockets hope that you have all had a refreshing holiday filled with friends, family and lots of celebration! This term is short, but very busy. First up, we have Pet Day on Friday 4th November.
We are so looking forward to making sand saucers and bringing our pets. We have Athletics later this term, so we can't wait to get out on the field and get into that! There is also MKK Factor to look forward to, where we will get to show off our dancing and singing talent. So exciting!
Thank you for coming to visit our blog. We love sharing our learning with you.
What do you have planned for this term?

I like how the boys dressed up like a rugby player and I like how everyone dressed up too. We had lots of support the All Blacks days and we dressed up in black too.
It looks like you are going to be just as busy this term as we are Room 2. We are doing a unit about Nursery Rhymes and Fairy Tales and we have started Athletics with Run,Jump and Throw activities. We will have our sports day at the end of November. Have fun making your sand saucers. They will be very pretty. I hope we see photos on your blog.
Keep up the good work.

Hello Room 2 Rockets,
Your class certainly does seem to have grown since your Term 1 photo. Welcome to anyone who is new. :)
By this post, I can see you'll be having a term that's not only busy but is also fun. Pet Day, performing, and athletics as well as normal class lessons will keep you busy.
Congratulations also goes to the All Blacks for becoming Rugby World Cup Champions. :)

Hi Mrs Eden and Room 14
Thanks for your comment! Phew! This term is so busy, but it's going to be so much fun. We loved writing about fairytales in Term 2- we even had a surprise visit from Goldilocks. Some people said that she looked a bit like me, but that she had blonde hair.
We hope that it is lovely and sunny in Nelson now, as it is starting to be in Hawkes Bay. We need our hats again!

Hi Mr Mannell
Thank you for your comment. We are SO proud of the All Blacks. They are our heroes!
We are so looking forward to Pet Day. We are a small rural school, and that means that we get to bring our lambs, calves and ponies to be judged. It is really fun.
Thanks for following our blog. We really appreciate it.

We cheered for the All Blacks too. We said the monkey looks funny holding the ball. We like the ball that the monkey had.
