Cross Country on PhotoPeach
The sun was shining this afternoon as the Rockets limbered up and prepared for our annual Cross Country run. Armed with the Habit of Mind - Persistence - we were ready to take on the course. Miss Hunt had added some more challenges this year, so we were really excited. Marvin was thrilled to take on all the action as a spectator, and is home at Jack's house tonight, celebrating his win with him.
Well done Rockets! Excellent training and persistence.

Hello Room 2 Rockets,
I watched the slideshow of your cross country. It was wonderful. Having been involved with teaching for over 30 years, it brought back memories of so many sports and cross country days at school.
The music used also brought back memories of a wonderful film called "Chariots of Fire". It told the story of an Olympic runner in the 1924 Olympic Games. The music is very suitable for your cross country.
After Australia (my home), New Zealand is my favourite country in the world. I have been there several times, including taking families from my school on trips there.
